Hi,
I recently swapped to an Apple so I could use an Iwatch with connectivity. It’s been over 24 hours and on the watch app under mobile data I’ve had a spinning wheel wheel of death which just says “activating”
I’ve tried factory restart and no change.
anyone got any ideas? I called the 02 help number but I think I just confused them.
thanks for any help as it’s pretty annoying to have a phone with connectivity which you can’t use.

@Craig6925 - the Forum O2 Advisors are pretty good at these Apple Watch problems, an @O2Sarah- is on from 8am Thursday, if you keep a watch on your messages here for her response, and some info she will need via Private Message. Good luck.
