Hi,

I signed up for Prime music on priority, I got sent the link to redeem but it doesn't work. I have tried on email, myO2 on my phone and via the O2 website.

 

Can you help please

I am the same - got Amazon Music Unlimited extra and link doesn't work keeps saying activation error 😞 Frustrating! Any help?

You can't add it to an existing Amazon account. You need to create a new one to use the extra.

Ah right! I have an amazon account so it links through to that one automatically- jeez that’s a bit **** 💩 isn’t it? Not sure it’s worth all the effort of a new amazon account set up 🙈

Not something I would need anyway. As an Amazon Prime customer, I can watch a lot of it for free already.

But i would need different account details i'm assuming @MI5 ? I can add and switch accounts but don't think it allows it with same details? It would have been easier if O2 gave you a code put it into an amazon account (current or otherwise) and away you go?
