Solved: Add on extras not working

My add on extra is keep coming up as error? I only have limited days to activate but i am unable to do so? Can someone look into this!

This is a known issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
