Hi I have been with o2 a while now, I was with virgin. It has been impossible for me to access your app to see my usage bills etc as needed. Went into o2 shop they cannot help either. Can you sort this for me please? It’s an app it should be straightforward instead it’s really frustrating

If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
