I have a o2 business account - whilst I can access the bills it won't let me access the account so I can organise users / upgrades. i have called 02 who quite frankly were useless. When i press forgot password (even though I havent) it doesn't send me the link to reset it. i am losing patience with o2 really quickly and talking to a call centre who don't seem to understand the basics. help anyone?

You need to persevere with o2 on 8002 sorry to say...
Is this an Enterprise Account or a Business Account, as it could be a permissions problem on the account.
if you dont get the email, check your spam folder or your email spam service...
Other than that there is nothing else anyone on this customer to customer forum can do to assist
