need help again, for the last two weeks when we are using our phones the call either keeps off or it is so bad the other person cant hear us, at first we thought one of the phones was broke so got a new one, and its still the same....we used to have brill signal....what could be causing it..? checked on line and no repairs to any masts nearby

It could be a problem in the local area that O2 are not aware of yet do you know of any others in your area with problems

no, my daughter lives round the corner, she is on 02 and having no problems

Have you tried a new SIM card

only had the new phone on friday and its a differant sim

Hmm very strange I would still say it could be a mast problem that O2 don't know about

damien 1, you were right, they said its a phone mast, estimated date for repairs to finish is 2 may...cant come quick enough
