o2 Glastonbury

Can anybody tell me if o2 charge for the engaged tone on the Glastonbury ticket line? It says on the Glasto website that some providers might do this...

I do not think o2 charge for non connected calls to the engaged tone.

Never seen it in any of the T&C I have read.
