Hi
I've been with O2 since 2013 and was receiving a loyalty payment deducted from my airtime bill. Not a lot I guess but "every little helps" as some might say...
It has recently stopped appearing on my Bill statement anybody know why?
Tried to find a contact number but as is customary these days the website just takes you around in circles

A loyalty bonus is usually only for the length of your current contract
Upgrading or changing tariff will end the bonus
