Hi , I ordered an iPad a week ago and had the confirmation email and the upfront cost is still pending in my account but I still haven’t received the iPad or had a dispatch email will I still receive the iPad ? As a week seems a long time to not hear anything ?
@Nshanbx Hi it might be likely that the device is out of stock at the moment. If you did receive a confirmation email then it means your transaction went through. You have to wait till you get a dispatch email from O2 telling you when your device will arrive. Things are currently running slow due to the covid situation.
