It should be possible in the billing section of your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but if you can't do it contact CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

As did I when I started my contract. If I am completely honest at that time I had limited knowledge of MyO2 wink

I did mine via My O2. It was just a matter of clicking on the account and setting up a 4 digit pin.

However the website has been redesigned just recently so I'm not sure the option is still there.
