Solved: how do I change tariff?

I want to change tariff as I am paying for way more data than I need but I cant see how to do it online. The change tariff option does not offer any choices or take me anywhere.

If there's nothing in your MyO2 you'll need to speak with O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
