Last year, we decided to change o2 Black Friday deal whcih was
£8 for 40GB a month.
It was fine for a while, but in recent months I realized I was paying more than 8 pounds.
This year I saw the o2 Black Friday deal and it was the same deal as last year

which is 8 pounds for 40GB
So my question is, should I continue to pay more with my existing plan or should I change to this year's Black Friday deal, which is 40GB for 8 pounds.

Well, whatever it says in the advert that £8 would be £9.80 in April due to the new price rise system coming in January. (Your present one will go up by £1.80 too)

I would wait till late March. I've done that 3 years running and missed every annual rise for the past three years

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It's always cheaper to upgrade when there's a deal on.

Check on uswitch also for deals on there all the time.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
