Heya we just switched from EE to Virgin fiber internet and o2 sim , the bundle we were offered on hpne had 6gb internet but we only got 3gb

Bought a new phone and new physical sim card, opted to keep old number. Old sim was with O2 ( well virgin which was then taken over by O2). Now inserted both old and new sim card into the new phone , selected the activate sim card option online hours...

Resolved! Spend cap complaint.

I’ve just got my most recent bill and have been charged for o2 travel whilst abroad out of the eurozone. I thought that by having a spend cap implicated across all my devices that this would not have happened … any advice please?
