I am getting Premium Info Services that I have not used. I don't want any Premium Messaging or Services, so how can I stop this. I do not want to be autobilled for these things.

Resolved! charges from apple 6.99 a month

I have a charge on my bill each month for itunes or something for 6.99 i didnt ever sign up to this and dont want it i need it removing asap as i have no access to itunes and have no account.

No signal

I don’t seem to have any signal on my phone. My bill seem to be up-to-date. I can’t make phone calls or receive phone calls. I have Wi-Fi but that’s it. I can’t contact anyone on O2 because I don’t have signal I need this sorted
