Access to o2

I need to sign into myo2 and I required a code via text to access, my phone is in the middle of swapping from another provider and I have no service. Is there another way to verify myself to access my account?

eSIM issues

Obviously I can’t download my eSIM without logging in, but I can’t login with that number without the eSIM. Why can’t I use a different method of security to retrieve the eSIM?! I also can’t call for support and am awaiting life changing phone calls ...

Cancel a contract
