02 sent a faulty phone

I received my Samsung S20 Ultra 512gb it came faulty so I rang 02. I was told it was out of stock so I would have to wait for stock to come in meanwhile I could keep the phone to use for calls as I didn't have a phone. I've been waiting for 2 months ...

No signal

I have minimul to no signal where I am how is that even tho there's a signal tower pretty much over the road? It's pathetic if this carries on I will have to cancel my services as I can't use them half of the time anyway

I want to change my spend cap, however whenever I try calling 202, I get told calls can’t be taken at the moment and when I go on live chat, it says I’m outside the opening hours. How can I change it without speaking to someone? Thanks
