Poor data performance.

I upgraded my data package for my iPhone from 15gb to 100gb for the £20 deal. I don’t think that it is running or performing as it previously did. Do O2 slow you down in this deal, has anybody else experienced this? ThanksRich

Cancel upgrade

I went to o2 shop for upgrade and got a iPhone se as I am iPhone 7 but been looking into it and can get a iPhone 11 online much cheaper but every time ring o2 say closed as am busy. Someone help plz

Upgrading

I've just upgraded my contract and I am not sure as to whether I need to cancel my direct debit for my previous contract or if that is done so automatically. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Valid ID

I don’t have a passport and I am medically unfit to drive or get provisional can someone please tell me what other ID is valid as I wasn’t able to collect my upgrade today because of this.

Resolved! 3 months into new contract & want to cancel

Hi, I am only 3 months in to a 24 month contract but want to cancel the contract. I understand I will have to pay termination charges of about £400 but how do I actually pay off this contract? And can I keep the phone after I cancel?? Thanks.
