Porting In

Trying to port in from vodafone with not much joy, have done the online form with no joy, have tried to speak with o2 over twitter messaging, not much joy there either, any suggestions?

I have requested an updated new I phone 12 in Pacific blue. This is out of stock and I have been given no date of when to expect it. I need to get this before Xmas. If this is an issue would choosing a different colour make a difference ?

I'm struggling to find any response about the Sony headphones, I claimed for them when I bought the phone weeks ago and had no response? I also bought another of the same phone with the same deal for my partner and cant claim them as the website says...

New contract says O2 4G tariff, should be 5G

I brought and iPhone 12 and 100gb 5G sim deal via mobiles direct. I've received an 02 contract letter today and it says 02 4G tariff. Is that just standard or have I been given the wrong sim? I have not been in a 5G O2 area to know if have 5G. Thanks
