New Sim

I had a call last month to have a new sim for my daughter. I am being told that the bill for this number is overdue yet we never received the SIM despite being told it would arrive the next day. I have also called twice since.

Switch up query

Hi is it still possible to use switch up to cancel my contract, if I use it to get a new phone then cancel within the 14 days? I have not been able to find a definite answer on this online. Thank you
