Resolved! my first bill overcharged?

Just wondering why my first bill for September is double what it should be? I've paid the £35 for September and it wants me to pay another £35 by October 9th and i can afford that by that date when it should be only £35 a month for my pocket hotspot?

I have called on Saturday 25th September and got a upgrade to samsung galaxy s21. I was told that I could claim the samsung buds for free from their website, however while am trying to claim them its asking for the IMEI1 number which I don't have.
