I've ordered an nintendo switch said I couldn't get the order gone onto my online banking and the £30 upfront fee has been debited from my account but had no confirmation email and can't see anything on my 02 app can anyone help?

Resolved! How do i remove Sync 1?

I had an esim on my apple watch but was not using it.How do i cancel this?I removed it via the applewatch app on the iphone but it warned i might need to contact my provider. Cannot see anything on o2 page to help.Can someone shed some light?

Resolved! Monthly sim activation

I recently joined o2 and received my phone and SIM card today, I rang 202 to activate my new monthly sim but as of now I’m still not connected on the network, does it take a full 24 hours to fully activate the SIM card?

Resolved! Absolutely fuming- my service was suspended but my direct debit is to come out on 08.01!

Tried calling my family today just to find my services were suspended- the bill is NOT overdue as Direct Debit is to come out on 08 January! Customer services today are completely non existent! Automated service is useless. What the hell am I suppose...
