annual RPI

Hi,

I have today upgraded my phone.. It says in my terms that the airtime section of my contract is subject to RPI every April.. Can you please confirm that this RPI increase will now take effect in 2024 and not this year?  If it took affect a few days after signing up I'd feel a bit ripped off..

RPI prices for this year took place on April 1st. So if you upgraded today your tariff should already have the RPI included. https://www.o2.co.uk/prices
