Where’s my data gone?

Hi,

My data is normally 100gb per month. It was set up as 50gb of data allowance and 50gb of data as a bolt on. It shouldn’t end until January But this month my bolt on has disappeared and I can’t get hold of anyone?

Can any help?

All ex carphone warehouse contracts have lost their data bolt one.
