Call again and ask for it to be sent to tech service for investigation.

Try switching off wifi calling in your hone settings but also in My O2. Set voicemail up and then switch wifi calling back on

You can only turn it off in your phone settings but that usually gives a different error if it’s related to WiFi calling.
This sounds like a provisioning error which needs resetting by tech support.
