Voicemail off

I've tried to turn it off using 1760 but when I get the message. It has not been possible to turn off your voicemail, please contact your customer service.

I've put the phone down on 4 customer service agents (and that's just today) because they keep telling me to do what i've already done & won't tell me else i can do or if they can do it.

Is there someone on here that can assist me please!

Very Grumpy

(this was edited because i dared to call out customer service agents who were less than useful)

Try turning it on.

You need to call 1750. Then try turning it off on 1760.

It that doesn't work there's obviously a fault with it.

@Anonymous

Have you turned off wifi calling first?

Cheers @Anonymous i know there's a fault, the message tells me there is. What i'm hoping for is an agent on here who can help me rectify it!

Ignore that, whenever i call anyone i get 3 beeps & the call cuts off!

It appears a mast is down round here.. will be sticking wifi calling back on but will give it a try later @MI5

Hi, you need to call Customer Services on 0344 8090222.

It's probably something to do with the mast then!

But give them a call. This is just a Community of 'helpers'.

Not a mast problem either, some spiteful asshat at O2 cut me off yesterday for no reason & left no notes on my account as to why. So now i'm on the hunt for the culprit. i'm opening a complaint hopefully. 20 quid added to my account so far, but that aint good enough i'm afraid.

Oh & guess what.. still being told to ring 1760 etc & it still doesn't work.

I notice you marked the above as a solution. Does that mean you've got it sorted now? 😃
