Hi,

I have recently changed my tariff and since then my Visual Voicemail is not working. All I get is "Call Voicemail" button.

Did a network reset on the Phone

Followed all the guides under Help topics on the website

Turned off/on Airplane mode

Restarted the phone

I have tried contacting O2 support and there were not able to help me either.

Also, could not find the iData bolt on as suggested in the help topic https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices?page=device/apple/iphone-12-mini-ios-15/topic/voic...

Can someone please assist me with this.

Thank you.

Sudhamsh

@Sudhamsh

O2 need to add the iData bolt on.

It's not something you can do.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Thanks a lot.

As suggested, I contacted customer support to check if I had the iData bolt on. I was told that they had the android version for my account and the changed it to iPhone version. 30 minutes later it's working.

Ridiculous as usual from O2. I wait on hold for 40 minutes, change my tariff, they hang up on me and now my voicemail is broke so I need to waste more of my time on hold to them. Honestly getting extremely annoyed with the lack of customer service. I've been with O2 for many years and it is now appalling
