Hi could someone from O2 support help me cancel my Virgin Sim contract.Have read all previous threads.O2 cancellations contacted but nothing actioned.thanks

This is a customer to customer forum so we can't handle account matters

I assume this is an O2 SIM acquired through Virgin.as part of Volt.

Are you cancelling your broadband package with Virgin? If not then you can cancel with O2 but will have to pay off the rest of the contract unless you are with 14 days of sign up
