Hi,
Just got a new phone and brand new air time plan which is quoted as £22 per month. Will that be £22 per month inclusive of VAT or will I be charged £26.40 per month. (£22 + VAT)

Alas, @MI5, O2 seem to have trouble enabling the VAT Invoice in MyO2, regardless of how many times you ask them. Actually, perhaps I should fly that past the Social Media team, they seem to be generally quite clued-up on respondning to what the Customer asks for, rather than channelling you through a scripted response.
I suspect O2 Refresh further complicates matters, as part of the tariff is AirTime Plan costs (incurring VAT) and the other part is a Credit Repayment for the Device Plan - not sure if that has a VAT component...
