I have been trying to get the last 6 months of VAT invoices on my account...I have contacted O2 several times, and each time 'it'll be a few days', and nothing resolved. I've been trying for a month now - I need these VAT invoices!!

Thanks, I've just spent another 45mins trying to get some help. Appaently, they can't do it since the change of system, so maybe O2 can cover my VAT difference for this utterly ridiculous issue, as I need these by end of June!

It was my understanding when I was in business, if you are on a domestic tariff and the bill address did not show a company name and its registered address, then the was no requirment to supply VAT invoices.
May of changed as that was 10 years ago.
However, there are ways to reclaim VAT without invoices.

Thanks for this...always had VAT invoices, but then O2 must have changed the system in January. Anyway, they don't respond or help in anyway, so all rather fun!
