I need your help..
Im really disappointed with 02 advice which is not good at advice but they said I need recycle my phone then upgrade so I did recycle phone and wait for money received then I upgrade new phone but problem is no phone with me or spare phone to get verification code and they said ask someone to come my house to ring up because I'm deaf couldn't hear the phone to ring up get verification code but I got no one to come due lockdown I understand we follow the rules. So now other person said pay off device then fresh upgrade so I did and then contact 02 chat to discuss about it and they said I make it mistake it and now I'm confused that why I never trust their advice look at me all mess up so now I'm waiting for them to transfer to my bank working 7 days so I wait for now. I need your ADVICE please I really need phone to upgrade once I received money I'm saying for now I do NOT have phone with me right now I do hope to get that phone ASAP but I'm worries how do I get verification code? I don't have spare phone at all. Please please do not say phone up I am deaf and please please do not says get spare phone I don't have it at all. Thank you
