I upgraded my phone front Samsung s21 5g to Samsung s23 5g this with Samsung buds pro2 offer for a £1.
I recieved a code but when used it says invalid code. Got interchange with o2 and they took my details and informed me a voucher would be issued in 48 hrs, I still have not received the voucher and heard nothing from o2. Help.

You need to contact O2 again to chase it up
