Unable to pay device plan this month

I have phoned up several times to sort out going about paying 2 device plans together next month and everytime i get through to the person to speak about my payment plan it cuts me off.. that's now 5 times it's done the same thing

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
