I have not been able to access full roaming on voice ( only 3G) and absolutely Zero Data roaming .i got a text message that all my uk allowances work in France at no extra cost in Europe Zone of O2. When I landed in Lyon’s it only signed me into a 3 G voice service on my 5 G Apple IPhone 12 . I Never was able to access I am on a simple contract which has unlimited text voice and 12 Gb data .
i have rechecked my iPhone handset and enabled mobile data and Data roaming .
can any one guide me what’s going on ?? Have I missed doing anything on my handset or is it a case data roaming barred on my contract ???

Firstly check your data APN in your phone settings. Change it to "mobile.o2.co.uk."
If that doesn't work then you may have a data roaming bar on your account. You need to contact O2 and ask them to lift it.
