Purchased new sim card along with new monthly pay plan on 2nd October 2024. My existing o2 number was to be transferred onto the new sim within 24 hours but it wasn't Went back to o2 4th October checked the details and again 'within 24 hours'. It has not happened. To keep my existing number is of paramount importance. What do I do? I need it urgently !
