The O2 website says my monthly charge should be £16.75. The actual bill is for £19.64 + extras. I can't get through to O2 - they are all extremely busy (probably counting money), anyone know why there is such a discrepancy? Thank you.

If you can't get to the details to see why there is a discrepency @RM101 you will need to get in touch with customer services.
