Hi I have come to the end of my contract and upgrade to a sim only plan, I opted for the tasty 100GB 12month plan for £20 PM. Thought I would browse sim only plans on compare sites after my purchase (stupidly), o2 are on every site offering a 100gb 12 month sim only deal of £15 ?

If you are within 14 days of taking out the contract you can cancel if you think you can get a better deal elsewhere, O2 wont pricematch so it's up to you.

Yeh thats not the point I'm making, thought being loyal customer's would get you the deals ?

You have to remember: this is O2 we're talking about... 🤣
I'll go where I can get the best deal whilst staying with O2, as their signal is best where I live. I've used a 3rd party reseller in 2 out of every 3 upgrades, because I can get what I want at a price, sometimes with cashback, that I can afford. Customer Loyalty means little these days, sadly. Good luck with the number, best time to call is about 08:15 to avoid getting dropped off the queue, @Farranowen92.
