I have ordered a pay monthly SIM on 3rd July and it has still not arrived. The tracking number does not work on the post site. Can you help with more details on progess?
I ordered it for my Son's birthday but now it will miss that.

Hi, thanks for this advice. I have solved the issue now. Phoned customer services and they are sending another SIM that is ready to swap the number. Plus, even better, visited the local O2 shop and they managed to hand over a SIM that is also set to swap. So multiple options!
I'm a happy customer again!
