Hello,
My sim has not arrived yet I got an email to say my contract has started 2 days ago. How can this possibly be fair?!

Billing starts from when you order.
O2 will refund the days between order and receipt.

Almost certainly delayed in the Royal Mail dispute.
SIMs are charged from the day they are taken out but you can claim a refund for unused days.
If in doubt check with the sales team
