Hi, I have just brought a new phone and want to set a spend cap. O2 web sites says you need to download the MyO2 and go to the support tab, I did this but the MyO2 app it says go to the Website. I am just going round and round? Please can someone tell me how to set a spend cap.

You go to the ‘Support’ tab and then ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.
