Hi, I had a message off my friend asking me for my number and to cornfirm her delivery for her as her phone wasn’t working. I done this not realizing she had been hacked. Now the company has charged £75 on top of my phone bill. Is there anything I can do about these charges?

Change your passwords asap and report it to O2 today. They open at 8am.

Also ask O2 to place a Charge to Mobile Bar on your account to avoid them taking any more money from your account.
