Has anyone who was eligible for the additional £100 Recycle payment for upgrading to the s22 actually received it? I applied when I bought the phone and when it arrived there was no mention of it. I got in touch, they agreed I was eligible and told me it would be paid out -that was on 8th April. I got the recycle payment without the additional £100 and chased again on 24th April. They said there was a computer problem and that it would be paid out straight away (it's device plan credit rather than cash). It's still not been credited. Does it normally take so long or should I chase again? I feel like they are hoping I'll forgot and stop chasing! Thanks!
