I am not sure if this is one for Samsung or O2 but any help appreciated. I have two email addresses btinternet (Default) and Outlook. I haven't had a problem for three years when it was set up but now I have discovered that my Outlook emails have not synced since 8th March. Most of my emails are dealt with on a desktop that is linked to mobile. BT syncing fine but problem with Outlook. Settings look OK but I am not much of a techie so not really sure what I should be looking for. There aren't any email records, inbox or sent on the phone even from before last sync. Help please.
