I Ordered this device for Click and Collect online on the 31st March. was told it would take UPTO 7 days to collect from the store. I called on Day 6 to check when I would receive it and they said on the phone, I will be able to collect it that Next Day from my chosen store. On Day 7, the day of collection I was told it was out of stock. Day 7! After phoning up, I was then told anytime in the next 3 weeks as they are out of stock and they (Customer Services) have not been able to answer my questions or provide me with an actual reason or response or anything to compensate me. It is now Day 10 and still no further as Samsung hasn't received an order from O2 for the device(s). Still no further and still with no product or service I paid for 10 days ago.
