My Samsung A3 isn't working in Amsterdam. My partner has the same phone and it connected automatically! I have checked my account and everything seems ok, any suggestions?

@MD Reboot your phone and then try to manually select another network. If that doesn't work, you could try customer service on your partner's phone (if they're also on O2) and see if there's anything they can do. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus If your partner isn't on O2 you can call on Skype using this number: +44800 032 1402.
