Ridiculous bill

My daughter has just received her bill which is 20 times her average, getting no satisfaction from customer service; has anyone had a similar and recent experience? I understand from other user groups there is a scam doing the rounds targeting kids.

To start off you need to log into her "My O2" and go to the bill breakdown to see where the charges are.
Without knowing this detail its impossible to say.

You should call up customer services on 202 and ask them to give u a break down on why the bill is so high and they should help you...

Yes it's very difficult to comment without knowing if the charges are for calls or mms etc.
