O2 sent me a message saying I would get an extra £20 allowance if I topped up once by 8th May.

I topped up on 5th May but no £20 allowance has been added.

Where is it?

I found the live chat on MyO2.

Had an online chat with a helpful person and my £20 has now been credited.

I still don't know why it didn't appear automatically but, hey, I've got the allowance now!
