Hi I pay £10 monthly for my grandsons phone, this month the top up didn't go through as my debit card has expired. How do I put my new details in, and do I have to do a separate top up for this month?

You can update your card details in the MyO2 for the account http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or by calling customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2
You'll need to do a seperate top up in order for the allowances to start today Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
