Rejoined o2 3 days ago, not going great so far!

I have 2 issues, the first is that iMessages and FaceTime are either waiting to activate which just keeps whirring or I get activation failed message try again. 

I’ve read many threads on here and done everything suggested but no change. 

2nd issue is that I am not getting my o2 open discount, I get the email to my work address which I click, I get taken to a page to select my number, it tells me I’m eligible for the discount and just to click the t&c then it errors with technical difficulties

any ideas?

It will take around a week for iMessage and Facetime to activate as that's how long it takes to update the systems with your number.

Just make sure your number is correct in settings >apps >phone >my number and wait.
