Refund credit from account

There is some credit on my account which I want to refund but am unable to log in, can someone asssit?

And while you are talking to O2, ask them to help you get back into your MyO2 https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin as refund requests can be done there very easily @ChloeLee24
