I received a couple of emails from O2 on 11th Sept 2023 stating that you had received my order NC19261938 stating that I had modified my Airtime Plan. the charge was Zero,
I haven't requested any changes to my contract with you either directly or via Virgin Media so I do not undertand why I had these communications.
The 2nd email said that you had added my out of bundle charges reduction, again I do not understand.

They are generic texts sent because you have been changed to the new billing system and to reflect the tariff alignment from Virgin to O2.
